Help!! PM still visible in buds after wash!

Hey guys,

First time writing here, been reading a lot of times but now I am reaching out in desperation.

My outdoor grow was completely fine until a week before harvest when I saw PM (powdery mildew) showing on some of the smaller leaves on the actual buds, it wasn't at all on the leaves around..

I sprayed twice with a PM killer called Iodio Killer with some days apart.

Issue still showed when I needed to harvest so I did a budwash following Jorge Cervantes' instructions, using 3% hydrogen peroxide with water.

The shit didn't come off as it should've and now I don't know what to do?

Is the PM now "neutralized" or is it still going in the garbage?

Can I try to discard bud with visible powder and use the rest for making bubble bag water hash?

Please help, what was looking like a 2k+ harvest is now looking like a 200-500g crop at most.

Still good for bubble imo. Pm spores are only a few microns so it will wash through your bags

I asked because some stuff isn't good to spray on cannabis.

I think you meant this stuff though.

Smallest bag I use is like a 25 micron ? So with pm being 1-3 microns it should wash through all of them.

I only asked because sometimes the cure is worse than the disease. That stuff is fine but people spray all kinds of stuff on their plants. I personally would discard anything with visible PM. Others wouldn't. Your call.

Ok thanks for the input! I will try to do some bubble hash with it and see when the hash is dry if I smoke it or not..
It just feels like such a waste putting in 6 months of work only to have to throw out 70% of the result:neutral:

Thanks mate, it now makes sense to me!
From what you are saying I understand that the spores are way to small to be caught in the bags where my trichomes would stop so in essence, if I change the water between each filtration, my hash should be clean.. right?
