ok so here is the deal i live with my parents and there is a NO WEED POLICY and i live in LAS VEGAS so idk if i can grow outside or not are there any tips for this situation???

Get your own place before you start growing.
You could face getting kicked out of their house if...sorry WHEN you are caught..

or, scour the fucking area

in las vegas though... good luck growing outside... places that are hot like that need lots of water and unless you find somewhere you can visit like every other day or so its pointless...

i suggest wait till you get your own place...

Get a greenhouse and grow outside in that but only after you move out of your parents house.
