HELP PLZ BUBBLESIOUS DIEING 1 and a half week old

I got 3 cfls and 2 12" florecent lights on my 7 1 and a half week old seedlings. I got a 400 watt hps but i think it killed half of my seedlings at the start. Because i started with 14 cups and have 7 now. I JUST REeally want my bubblesious to live. SO JUST TELL ME ANYTHING IM DOING WRONG. I use ORangic forest soil mixed with wormcastings. NO fertlizer yet. I use distilled water i test ph on water and is at 6.4, 6.5, 6.7 and that is perfect. TEmp is at 70 to 75 degress. Im about to filll my CO2 tank up. JUST TELL ME WHAT U think i can change?????????????THX YOU

What's your light schedule? Because if you leave the lights on all the time you should turn em off for a few hours a day, they need a break.

EDIT: Also, your light is kinda close dude back it up a few inchs.

i keep the lights on all the time i give it at least a 2 or 3 hour break a day of light just get me the days until i can start using my 400 watt hps

So you do give them a break?

And you are NOT using the 400 watt yet?

If you are not using it then go ahead, you can add it anytime.

Keep the plants on an organized light cycle like 18/ 6 and when you want to start flowering go to 12/ 12.

OK but i just put a new seeed in. my bubbleious is dieing im sure. SO i put another seed down.
