Help pleased / Bugs or deficiency?

Got these brown spots all over my fan leaves on a couple of plants. No visible signs of pest so was wondering if it could be a nutrient deficiency. My grow is all organic I only give me molasses and roots organic serge.

Doesn't look like any deficiency I've ever seen. I'd say bugs or just normal outdoors wear-and-tear. That is a fine-looking plant, BTW. I would not do anything drastic at that stage.

Could you please take a pic of one the biggest fan leafs with the most damage. From what I can see in the pic, it could be pest, a deficiency or just normal damage from flowering. How long has it been in flower?

The damage is very random, so I would lean to pest, but a better pic will make it easier to say so.
