Is 480 watt led light enough to grow 2 plants?
tent is 2.5 deep 2.5 wide 5.5 tall

If it's real 480W (like power drawn from the wall) it should be good for that space.
If it's 480W equivalent but only pulls 230W or 290W or something else it can still suffice, but it won't be as great as a real 480W draw.

About a 250 watt is what you would need in that space, 50 watt per square foot is average wattage most growers use, but you can get by with less with the right strains.
480 would be overkill, as it would cover a 10 square foot area pretty well.
