what colour do your light look when you turn them on ? do they give of a bluish white glow or is it a sort of orangy glow ? you really need the blue/white ones for vegging plants.get te light as close to the plants as possible man, 2-3 inches if you can, this will stop them stretching and give them the best light they can get from what your using.

they give out white light and there as close i can get them like 1-2 inches away

i forgot about one light so i have 6 lights on it one of the lights has a reflector on it and i saw sumwhere that a refletor can burn them?

do you have a fan blowing on them ? if not i would suggest that you get one, even a pc fan would do while they are that small man. it keeps them cool and will strengthen them up.

the reflector shouldnt burn them if its setup properly, if its too hot for your hand under the lights raise them a little as it will be too hot for the plants.
