help please

Couple of ?'s for the pros please i have two sativa dom.and they are literally in a box that i open and close the heat isnt too bad i thought but the one more dom. Sativa plants cola New grwth is twisting is this due to high heat? Now it straightens out after the night cycle 18-6. Also can i force this plant to flower and if i top it how long till i flowr its 7 weeks old 9 in or so. Plus im using two 150 cfl not true watts and they are soft white. Iwas usinf 13watt bulbs and on one plant the veg is so thick the bottom wasnt penetrating.

how old are your plants? were they clones or did you start from seed? if they are clones yes you can force them into flowering.... if you started from seed no you cant force it into flowering because the plant is not mature enought till about 3-6 weeks but mainly depends on the strain
