Help :) please

Hey i have woke up this morning and had a look at my plant. and near the top branches i noticed a small pointy ish thing, that looks like a start of new leaves growing but its in a weird place.. due to there already being leaves growing. i did attempt to take a picture but the quality isnt good enough to see it. could this be its first sign of bud? but i am yet to know if this plant is male or fe male help please?

yeaaaah, i guessed. but im wondering is it possible that it could be budding that that size, which is 16 inche?

Is it on a 12/12 light cycle?

If you are already on 12-12 and it is flowering, there should be the tell tale hairs at branch intersections. Does your cam phone have a macro setting? If it does put the macro on, then try taking another pic.

Nope not on 12-12 its on 16-8 and my phone dnt have cam seettings , iv looked now and they havent rlly changed it looks like perhaps to veyr very tiny hairs coming out of it

I believe you need less light, 12/12 is the standard to flower with
