Help please white bugs in soil

Hi there so I'm a very new grower attempting my first grow ever. I have just one plant growing indoors in a large grow box using organic solid and I noticed these white round tiny specs in the soil after closer look I could see they were moving. I did some reading but can't tell if these are harmless soil mites or something worse. The plant is too young to tell growth rate and have not grown their first node yet. Any answer to put my panic at ease will be greatly appreciated.

Oh and BTW...

Welcome to RIU, and the wonderful world of cultivating the world's most misunderstood and feared medicines!!!

The only 'advice' I can give you or anyone is to read and learn and then apply what you have read and learned to your garden and you cannot fail. Anyways, remember the search tool is your friend...Lots of folks here willing to help a new farmer get up and growing. But at the end of the day your grow will be only as good as the knowledge and work you put into it.

It is always great to ask questions but do not take anyone's advice or opinions and follow blindly. Do your own research, you will be much happier knowing you have done it for yourself and by yourself. The first buzz you get from your own budz...is by far the BEST high you will ever have!

If you have little flys flying around probably gnats. Get rid of them asap, before you have more issues.

sorry for the slow response lost my internet But I definitely understand what you mean about doing research on my own, I did look up a bunch of websites before I asked the question but because I couldn't get a definite answer an answer from someone in this community usually eases my panic about my girl. I looked at both of the websites you posted and determined that with the plants growth rate and the fact that there are no flies or damage to the plant they are in fact soil mites and started watering the plant less frequently (beginners mistakes).

But thank you very much for the quick response and useful information.
