Help please tiny black bugs in my plant res

I have a hydroten type system. My plants each have 10 gal res. Today I noticed in each of the res there are extremely tiny black bugs. My sixth grow and never had a problem before. Are these mites? Everything I see says mites are not black. Am I fucked? Plants are in veg and were 2 weeks from flower. What do i do? Any help appreciated!

just noticed they are also on the roots on another one of my plants. I do not see them on the plants themselves nor do I see any webs

Probably fungus gnat larvae, which are actually clear but the black you see is their head and guts. That's a total guess without seeing pics. Go buy a pack of "Mosquito Dunks" from Lowes/Home Depot etc.. and break them up into quarters then break those quarters in half. Put one piece in each res and it will kill them off without harming your plants. That's assuming that they are fungus gnat larvae. Do you see any small gnats flying around the room? You'd probably only see a few at this point...

There were a ton, I removed all plants from the tent, cleaned out all the reservoirs, bleached the tent, sprayed down each plants roots with water in the sink and cleaned the equipment, I would say I got rid of 90 percent but some are still on the roots.
