Hi, it's looking like it's staying really wet, how often are you watering and what strengh & type nutrients are you using.
I use the same exact set up and the rock wool can stay pretty wet. If you are feeding it any thing does it have any nitrogen in it? Or is it straight bloom food?
How much light is it getting at the moment? What kind of lights?
So #1 Too frequent a watering pattern
#2 no nitrogen to keep it green
#3 pH issue with nutrient solution,
blocking nutrient up take
#4 Not enough light
Any of these sound like your issue?

Hey im feeding it 1/4 strength canna a and b with canna rhzotonic, watering around every 2 days, using a ufo led. I used lemon juice to balance the ph could this be the problem?

Hi, I would not use anything too acidic on the new plant, I assume you've got a good pH pen or something to test your reservoir solution pH eh? Was there a pH spike in your nutrient solution for some reason? Do you change your nute solution once a week? Do you 'top off' the reservoir during the week? Usually a nutrient solution made with close to neutral pH water and having added your nutrients per the mfg. directions you ought to be in the ball park pH wise when done mixing it. Check with other growers who use the same nutrients to see what they do. I use Earth Juice and cut it a bit, works great. But I check the smaller reservoir 3 times a week and usually need to top off or adjust the pH up. The 20 gallon reservoir is much more stable due to it's volume, and so I can just top off without adjusting it. I use a commercial (Mad Farmer 'Get Up') hydro 'pH up' solution.
I'd leave out the lemon juice altogether for now. See what happens. The curling could be due to nutrient lock out from a pH thats too acidic...just guessing here but theres a place to start. Good Luck!
