Hi everyone can anyone please tell me what's going wrong with her. Her leaves are curling down and look dry but they are not and shouldn't be because soil is not light and bone dry top of soil is dry about a cm deep but still has some weight I'm really worried it's weird the leaves look flimsy I check my water and it's only 86ppm but 7.0 ph not used any food yet always wait till water is room temp

How often are you watering? what lights? temps?
I water when she is light till smallest drip of runoff I use 300w cfl duel spectrum and the temp is 23.8 degrees her leaves look like they are drying out but she already has some water in there as the cup is not light last time I watered was when she was dry and light 3 days ago

They are so fragile when they are pups...they need just the littlest bit of water for starters till the roots develop. If you are checking on her everyday, no need to water too much right?
what kind of soil is that?

Looks like lockout of N. Ph is prolly low.

Do you use liquid ferts?

They will cause the ph to go low and thus will lock of nitrogen.

If you use liquid fert you need to monitor.

Some people get away without it. I did, but the only reason why is because my water comes out my tap @ 7.0 ph and 50ppm.

You could have lower ph or high ppm.

Do you use tap?

They are very good tools to have. And like I said if you use anything liquid in your water you can't get away without it.

Liquid ferts will drop the shit out of ph. Alaska fish fert, which is organic takes y ph to 3.0.

Pick up a eBay ph pen and tds meter. Like 20US for both

I have both. My ph pen was off after 1 year by .4, so they work great.

So should I give her nitrogen or potassium or both or should I start her on a very light mix or 3 part nutes
Do you already have nutes?

For veg you can run a 1:1:1 ratio. The npk value will be 5-5-5 or 30-30-30.

Edit: you can go an entire grow with a 1:1:1 ratio. Plants will stay green in flower and not yellow out as they finish.
