ok what should i do? to trim the infected parts? or harvest as soon as possible?

I have no solution other than changing things for next season
Your plants your call , I just ditched a couple dozen

Ya I agree I lost 3 out of 9 myself . Not much you can do with it now. Mother Nature can be a bitch and she can’t be beat when she’s in a winning mood

Hit those buds with 3% peroxide an remove them an carry on, or just quit like most people i would rather have ripe bud an lose some to rot than cut early.

Agree for the most part. I did that at the onset but it spread through the plants like wildfire it seemed and I was chopping daily. At a point I decided to sacrifice a few in hopes of saving the rest.

Hey fellow weed fienf.....what I (me) think is it looks line onset budrot.....if you catch it soon enough you maybe able to salvage large part of bud.....keep cutting down on bud in increments until rot is gone ( if it hasn't infected whole bud) ....looks like you caught the rot, which can be very suttle at onset. .....May have good chance to cut it out before it spreads.

As painful as it is, gotta cut it all out, and at least 3" either way. You could spray with peroxide, but that's a slippery slope, because you are adding moisture to a mess. Be careful when excising, use a closed container as spores are easily spread. We've all lost tops, nice buds this way. But you have to weigh the decision; am I going to lose more or less if I do (or dont) harvest. Me, once I start to chop the rot out, ill also get rid of some leaf for better air flow. This may stunt growth for a bit, but its better than losing a lady.
