Help Please!! Did i Supercropped Wrong?

Greetings. So basically my sativas are getting tall and i know they gonna keep growing. So i decided to supercrop to reduce the stretch and Improve the Yield ( Like some say). After doing some research and watching some youtube videos i decided to supercrop a few branches including main cola of UNTOUCHED PLANT. Now the problem is this my first Supercropping I've ever performed plus second grow first been very successful. I'm worried i might overdid it. After i finished super-cropping the brnach a sticky liquid came out of the branches and at that given time you couldve seen the the inside of the branch through a little opening .(BRANCH DID NOT BREAK OFF). I haven't tried my hand at supercropping yet, saving that experiment for an up and coming clone of mine, but your girl looks fine. It seems like most of the branch is together, so it should heal up fine.

Ohh Gosshh good news... I Thought i was doing something very wrong since liquid came out didn't read anything about that while researching. Let's see what other say.

theyll be fine if they didnt break, but it becomes stressfull on them and recovery is harder and longer if you break/ split the outside.

youl know if you went overboard the branch starts wilting and doesnt bounce back in 24 hrs.

That's totally fine, pinch until it pops, (this will usually split the edges that have been pinched, no worries), then gently work that top down until it's at least parallel with the floor.

they still haven't recovered

It will heal trust me done it heaps of times it will come back bigger and stronger then ever

Plant will take a good week to recover from a hard super cropping like that just keep her in veg

yep, that's fine. if you did it wrong, that branch would die within 24 hrs.

she is in her first week of flowering tho.. Will that be a problem?

No she will be fine you might. Just need to flower her a week longer from the stress try do all your training in veg and if your running out of height just do some lst

Your fine I supercrop most of my plants because I love playing with them occasionally one will snap. All I do is wrap it with tape and I've never had one not recover. I've even tried to supercrop it at the same point after it recovers and you will see they get stronger no doubt

mmm blue painters tape... band-aids for the bent/split stems

I too like to set up my grow room like an obstacle course, and then constantly wanna play with the plants...

Injuries happen... band-aids work
