Hey,

I'm have my 6 female plants over growing my Rubbermaid tub and have no other options to move them any place but outside but I'm worried the days are to short.

I'm on 16/8 light in soil. BC god bud, tangerine dream, chemdog, frisan dew and pineapple chunk.

Should I reduce the light to 14.5 / 9.5 to mimic the outdoors?..I'm worried about budding more then anything .

Any help fellas?

then start putting them outside 2 hours a day then 4 then 8 then 10 then a full 24 hour to let them get used to it

I still have to move them to my secret spot which is out in the country...I live in the city so I can't moving 4 ft tall plants in a car

I live in southern Ontario..its starting g to get warm...may 1 should be a good time to move em...but its the budding more then anything

Its not too early, ITS PLANTING TIME ! April 20 onwards. The concern is they are not big enough not rootbound in that pot for another 2-3 weeks and when you transplant the root system will be disturbed stunting/shocking the plant.

I was thinking the samething... Dam things are so vigorous I'm not to worried...it does suck when transplantation time...what do you think of my 60 gallon smart pots I have for them? Any advice gangs? And you wouldn't know how much soil that's gonna cost me to fill

Theres still plenty of room in those, just top them and that will slow them down or start lst'ing them. Check the long term forecast on farmers almanac for your area to ensure theres no snow in the forcast or low temps as I know I'm from a similar location to you and put a tester out a few days ago which quickly died with overnight temps of 2 celcius. Cheers.
