What a time for this to happen right when its starting flowering. Looks like a root system issue (too wet, routbound etc) as the new growth is twisted and ugly.
I have to agree with MrGhettoGrower Only because i have one sitting in soil and just left it to die and it looked just like the photos.
When the plants have a lack of nutes they do burn very easily because of there fragile state.
A good feeding and watering schedule should bring it back on track. I have brought ladies back from much worse.
