Help picking the right nutrients & what do the #’s mean on the bag?

hey guys,

I’m trying to figure out which nutrients I should use and how I can properly mix my own soil? I’m about to transplant a seedling and I’m going to be using a Cocoa medium. What should I mix with this? Outdoor grow in the southern states. Also, what do the numbers on the nutrient bag mean?

Try megacrop 4 to 5 gram a gallon if they get dark flush then go back to 4 g .
