Help on redesign of veg room

Hey all, I am in need of a redesign on my veg room. The area is a closet,4 feet long, 5 feet high and 3 feet deep. Heat is a major concern, as well as the footprint of the light. Also, I cant alter anything since its a rental. It also has to be able to accommodate short clones as well as vegging mommas.

I am leaning towards floros, prolly t5's but wondered what the creative people here at RIU could come up with.
