help on determining how far along trichs are

so this is my first grow not really sure what's considered cloudy or milky white ..
are they ready for harvest or almost there? im looking for about 20-30 amber and the rest milky if possible.. here are some pics/11-15-2020 not the best tho sorry ..

Nice pics.
The shiny ones are clear. When they go milky, they look dull next to clear trics. Looking at the pics here, I'd reevaluate in a week. Check the same spots you got these pics from, or get a new set and mentally mark those spots.
Check tops and lower nugs too. They may ripen at different times.
