Help NYC Diesel plant is dieing!

"Hi

I recently started growing my plant bout 3 weeks ago, reaching 3 inches in height I started noticing that the roots at the bottom began coiling and forming a circle, worrying that the plant may stress out and slow down in growing, I deciding it was time to transplant the plant it into a bigger container. I tried being as careful as I can but noticed that I had damaged a few roots in the process, I carried on adding some water and veg formula splitting it 50/50 after noticing a few days ago one of the lower leaves were beginning to yellow and the top layer looking like it was drying out and now my plant looks like it’s with drooping and withering away likes it gonna die. Where did I go wrong what should I do???"

Like in my previous post I said my plant leaves were withering and drooping and now it looks like it's getting worse, the leaves are turning brown and curling up and it's looks even more dead, I was recommended to put cardboard underneath the leaves to prevent them from touching the soil, what's wrong with my plant? is it cuz I over fed it, Should I transplant it again in some non-nute soil?
