To make a long story short i am experiencing nutrient lock up due to low ph i am currently running fresh water to flush her out. she has been in the fresh water for over 36 hours already but what i dont know is how long do i keep her in fresh water as opposed to changing to a really light nutrient solution and when is it ok to go back to full strength nutes.....i have heard u flush until u see signs of deficiencies but she is already experiencing deficiencies due to the nute lock up so HELP is greatly appreciated

flush it really good then feed just water with a 5% solution. Some things I have used is super thrive for nute lock out. This has worked for me to give the plants a boost and refresh them to their normal state. Then just start off with a mild nute solution and work your way back up to full strength.

i am running hydro dwc deep water culture...does anyone know how long i should flush wiht fresh water because they already have signs of deficiencies i wait untill i saw many knew roots growing whihc was about a 40 hour flush and then i added a real light nute solution but i am not sure if that is right any more suggestions?

I have been reading everywhere that people have had problems with low PH in DWC especially in late flower..the same problem I have now.

I've tried several remedies including a flush with h202 and hygrozyme. which helped, but only for a day.

Tonight when my lights come back on I'll be switching out my airstone and line and doing a changeout at a low PPM (under 550) and 15ml of aquashield per gallon...and I'll be praying that works. I'm in the final 2 weeks and I want fat nugs..can't get that with PH swings.

I hope you remedy your problem..I'll let you know if mine works.

yea man i a, omly a few weeks into veg.............i think i might have it under control because i got alot of new root growth and it looks like new growth is coming in on her as well but i will have to wait and see i just hoped i flushed long enough
