HELP!! Not sure why leaves are turning down and drying out

Hi hi,

This a female clone that was taken from a flowering plant, its about between 3 to 4 weeks, but some of the leaves are turning downward and then drying out, I am not sure what is wrong, it's under 4 100w CFLs, any suggestions?

Here is an additional pic, all I have used so far on the plant is Nutrex fertilizer

Its never really been healthy and cant shake off the issues. Next time start with a healthy clone that's in veg.

Thanks for responding, So should I just destroy the plant and start over? or is there some medication or nutrient I can try?
