Help needed

I am thinking of trying a crop using the see of green method
Idon;t know very much about it as I an only on my third grow
I am germinating 10 northern light seeds at the momentI an using 2 125 and 1 250 wat CFLs and growing in all mix I find it good
So if you know some thing about SOG growing could you give me a few tips

Since you are using CFLs, you will probably want to work with very young clones in SOG, or you will want 2-3 week clones for a SCROG. A mature plant from seed will be too tall for the light penetration a CFL can provide. If you want to flower from seed you will need to train the heck out of them, and even then, yeilds will only be so-so.
