help needed

A friend of mine brought over six of his plants to my spot and one got realy sick, is there anyway of saving her. plz help.

looks like heat and humidity issues mostly.
give her fresh air and some water, I think she'll be okay.
 
is it still growing vertically? if not, it may be overwatering

also, how far along in the growing process is it? if its not very young, it looks like it could use a lot more light

is your friend a n00b?
 
well i kind found out whats wrong, the plant was just recently transferd to a bigger pot and more soil, but i pulled out the whole root and surrounding soil out of the pot today and i discover that the roots have'nt brake through to the new soil, i shed some of the old soil off the roots and replanted it in the new soil while the soil was still moist and gived it a little water, so now all i can do is wait and see if it comes back, i hope i did the wright thing, any advice is welcome, THNKS.

Man that trunk is thick but there's hardly any vegetation on the plant. Looks like it started to flower maybe and then started to re-veg and then got thirsty and then got overwatered and then got it's rootball jerked out of the ground twice in a week.

Other than that it looks good.
