looks like the beginning of a calcium deficiency
1 leaf will give you unreliable guessing. We need pics of the entire plant and how you grow and your grow's environment.

Thanks for the reply. I too was thinking calcium which I have been fortune enough to sort the problem now. Had started using a calmag product with no reputation. Caused the opposite of what it was suppose to help.
