Help needed - Grow box ventilation

Hi all. I am nearly finished building my first grow box, inspired by this: http://forum.grasscity.com/grow-roo...alth-grow-cabinet-5w-x-5h-x-2d-pic-heavy.html

Camera battery is dead, and too lazy to charge, so here is the general layout.

I have a 6" 240 CFM fan that will be blowing out of a chamber I made at the top of the box. It will be all CFL due to heat related issues of where the box will be. My question is this - how do I go about designing ventilation through the box to most efficiently keep everything cool? After much research on the forums here and elsewhere, I understand the concept of negative pressure and passive intake. If this was a single chambered box it would be simple. What I'm unsure of is how to layout ventilation holes both from the outside and within chambers of the box. Should I intake at the bottom of the veg chamber and move air through? Basically, someone drawing an arrow on the diagram showing the optimum direction of airflow would be stellar. Thanks in advance for any help!
