i got some bud that is kinda dank and hard to brake up really good so how can i make a grinder?

A couple of schools of thought on that one. You could do the old fashion way with some scissors and cut it up so it is managable. Another possibility would be a cheese grater (be careful not to cut yourself). I would invest in a grinder so you do not lose any of the resins on your buds.
