at a guess i would say no they look cheap and nasty but hey for a dollar give it a go. just be carefull you dont burn the house down.. your better off getting the right equipment needed for the job the initial set up cost is nothing when you think of the money you will save have a look through the forum there are loads of threads on cheap homemade grows that wont be a fire hazard waiting to happen . but hey thats just my opinion each to there own ..
