help! my plants die at "night" ebb sys error

i got this kinda new ebb system i built. it works beautifuuly in lights on. i flood the pots every 2 hours for 15 min. it is tire mulch media. the pants love it. then it goes lights out. at light on i open tent, and plants look dead. all slimped is what i wud say. then as the flood cycle starts the plants pick up and look fine. yesterday it was one plant and today it was another. also in each pot i have an airstone.

Well, first thing to do is check the air in the tires.
