Ok i have two white widows and two Ices going they are a month old. I transplanted them into whitney farms potting soil in 2 gallon containers. I have checked my ph it is right about 6.5 and i have given some nutes but they seem to be getting worse. What should i do, these plants were going good but are drastically going down hill. You can view some pics of plants here

They have gotten worse since this picture

it looks like just the bottom leaves. That can be normal. They are in a little shock. Is your soil mix pre fertilized? Your ph is ok but next time you water check your ph coming out the bottom. Dont panic , most newbies do too much and stress the plants.

Lay off the nutes for now, the fresh soil has enough food for 2~3 weeks. Just give them plain water until they've fully adapted to the new soil. You should see a spurt of fresh growth when the roots spread through the new soil.

Those bottom leaves will probably stay yellow, so keep your eye on the higher growth and make sure it's not spreading.

Note: You might want to add perlite to your soil when next potting up.

Richborgo is right on; they are a lot tougher than you think. The bottom leaves are telling you to stop feeding them tho; they have a lot of energy in the plant already and they are taking it from the soil too so lay off the nutes. The worst thing you can do is "love them to death"; ask me how I know!
