HELP!!!! My plant leaves are withering!!!

My plants light cycle has been messed up a little and the newest leaves are begining to curl and wither! Also I think my plant is stretching but i have a fan to help the stem. My plant is 3 weeks and 3 days old

changing your light cycle shouldnt make your plant wither,it could be water stress man, how often you water it and how far away do you have lights and what lights are you using? give me a brief history and il do my best to help you out.

Your right your plant is stretched you need HID lighting Mh
for veg and HPS for flowering or I would just buy my dope~

OR you could just lower your lights and put reflectors in your grow room and a hood around your light, as long as its not just one cfl or something.
