Well Some Vritys Will Begen To Flower When They Reach A Serten Age No Mater What The Light Cycle Is. So Yes I Would Cut The Lights To 12-12 Now. If The Plant Is 4 Mounths Old It Should Be Big Enough To Make Some Good Buds. Thats My Opion Hope This Helps!!!!!!!

If you vegged for 4 months, I'd start a 11/13 light cycle, so she just turns into a big bud monster.
