Help! My plant is flimbsy!!

I just started this hobby, and i have a few thai plants.
Ive ben giving them 14/10, but they are very tall for there age. the stems are very weak and the leaves are small. is there something i could do to make it grow out more?

Leave the light on for 24 hrs and put a fan on them so the stalk thickens.

weak lights produce weak plants that "stretch". if they are out growing your room start flower immediately. if you are using cfl's or floros dont veg em so long. also if you post pics i will help you more.

this decent for a few weeks? dont know what the yellow dots on the plant are..
