Help! My Plant Has White And Black Spots!

So..i Noticed Some White Dots In Some Leaves, And A Tiny Little Black Dot, A Took The Black Dot Out With A Needle, But Then When I Looked Again It Was Back There Again, But This Time A Little Bigger, And On This Leaf I Am Noticed There Is A Little Spot Where Its Loosing The Color, Kinda Like Its Rotting(but Its Still So Tiny)

Anyone Help Me With This Please..

That sounds like Nute burn. secound opinion please as I have seen this on some of my friends plants purplish dark spots.
