HELP! My healthy plants are drooping and lifeless

hello this is my first time putting effort into growing any number of plants, iv got 8 plants growing in 2 gallon pots, i have 5 clones and 3 i grew from seeds. they are growing in regular potting soil mixed with bat guano, and i feed them fish emulsions once a week.

they were looking amazing but about a week ago some of the suddenly went limp. all the leaves droop straight down to the ground and look soft and lifeless, they havent gone hard of crunchy just soft and the leaves are still green just maybe a little pale, and the lower leaves are dieing completely.

my friend also has some of the same clones growing in the same size pots and he says they're looking good, the only difference is he fertilizes with Heavy Harvest slow release fertilizer.

What is wrong my plants? are they not getting enough nutes from the guano and fish emulsions? should i start feeding them a chemical fertilizer? or is there another problem do i need to transplant into bigger pots or anything?

ill try to add pictures as soon as possible.

please i need help i dont want to lose my plants any ideas or insight would be helpful
