ok my plant has been doing great these last couple of days then this morning i woke up and looked and she looks like this what happend i need help what can i do to save her?

put a fan on it, move the lights closer........

what type of light are you using?

i have a fan on them and the light was an inch away last night before i watered them, i am using 2 45 watt cfls

leave the lights about 2 inches or so away from the plant, tie the stem up with a stick. other than that, if you've already got fans blowing on them (maybe you had it blowing too hard), try turning the fan down a little bit.

Maybe too much fan, drying out the stem. Build more soil around the stem, up to the first leaves. More light.

It appears it may be "damping off" which is a improper watering result. Google it for better insight into this fairly common concern.

so ill turn the fan down and there not damping off because its too warm for that but what should i do just put dirt around the stem thats already laying down or tie it up to a stake give me some suggestions

either one of those suggestions would work just fine....... i think your a little bit more paranoid than this issue calls for...... seriously, just tie it up with a stake, or pack more dirt higher up the stem, or both, and the plant should be fine.

its stretching out for sure,,if yr using cfls,,leave it as close to the plant as possible without touching it almost,itl be u need to get that stretching under control,or your yield will suffer my friend

ok well i took it out of the grow room for about thirty minutes and put it in my bathroom with the light on and it already looks like she is trying to stand back up so i pushed dirt up around the base to help her stay up. will she be ok should i just let her be and let her work out the situation?

get the lights close........... you don't want to try and let the plant fix itself, cause it can't, you will have to keep packing soil around it until it seems strong.

dont put her near a normal light bulb,,she will stretch even more,,just dont over water her,,put her under the lights,,,if u got a lil cash buy some superthrive,use a drop per a gallon,it helps sick plants
