Help my babies for rep

well my babies are 2 days shy of 2 weeks above ground. 3 of them the bottem two leaves the first ones that get big got whiteish/yellowish veiny kind of spots on them.. on my other two the same thing but the tips are starting to curl slightly and dry up... and on one its only lightly discoloring like that at the tip... but the big first two leafs are getting a shade of orangey yellow over it... and ideas of what i can do?? cuz new growth is fine... and not all are effected... so i think this can be fixed....

details are a 400 hps with 4x4x8 area. when this happend there was no fan in there, as soon as i noticed this i added in good fan to keep temp under control.

Dont have a thermom hygro meter yet.

I can add in pics if this cant be figured out... but cuz im sure the feds can hack i was alil scared to.
 
im useing hyponex non fert organic soil... but was thinking to switch to foxfarm ocean forest because of the point that what im useing has no nutes at all i think.

anyway. how long into their above ground veg state can i start useing nutes at 1/4 strength... im gonna be useing a good rep'd brand of organic fert.
