HELP: My babies are suffering

Hey everyone, I started a DWC grow with 20,000 lumens of mixed CFL lighting with a room temperature of 75-80 Farenheit and Humidity at around 40%. My PH is balanced with PH buffered nutrients and Ultra-Micron RO Water. These are my four babies. HOPEFULLY someone can help out to diagnose the overall problem.

At that early stage I hope someone comes along soon for you...all I can say is maybe a little too much nutrients at too early a stage...

they don't need ANY nutes until the original leaves fall off or start to yellow.

Flush them and start feeding a 1/4 of recomended dosage when they reach 6" or so (ie 5ml in 2 gallon not 20ml if that what instructions say) and then gradually increase the feed to full strength.

thank you jesus, May i add that i used a foliar spray and they changed a little bit. I also had a 1/4 nutrient mix and changed to 1/2. That must be the problem.

Make sure you keep your system good andd clean, flush once a week or atleast every ten days. Also want to keep your rez temp down in the small 70s

I think my 20,000 lumen CFL light fixture was far too close to the plants :( maybe half inch even. They shriveled up and browned up and died. (Just when they recovered from nute burn and were starting to grow pretty I fucked it up)

I feel like going back to basics. I'm going to start a soil grow. Soil grows don't require too much water (6 Gallons every 10 days on my hydro wtf). Any recommendations for any soil brand in specific? Right now i'm using a soil by the name of "Jiffy Soil" It contains Spag Peat Moss, Vermiculite, Dolomite Lime, and I don't see them mentioning any nutrients. It doesn't look like it contains very much aeration so i'm going to mix 1/2 Jiffy and 1/2 Perlite. Any suggestions?
