Oh wow. It might be recoverable, but I would start over.
Spend the next 30 days reading everything you can about how to grow.
Then start over with a proper set up.

To even stand a chance of Saving her, I think you need to give peeps a bit more Info...

a) What Growing Medium are you using
b) How Old is she from Seed or Clone
c) What Kinda of Bulb ~ Light Setup you using, and how far away from top of Plant
d) When did you last Water/Feed and how much?
e) what are the very last things you did/or changed before this happened and how many days ago was that?

Well first if you:
Flush the Bitch...Pour copious amounts of water through and through... maybe take her into the shower with you....
Then Buy yourself a PH tester... and test the PH of your soil....

^^^^ No... your best bet... would be to start over...
I would take it as a challenge to save your plant...
Add potting seedling mix to stem 2-3" up to top...
Then prop up your leaf on Edge of cup...
I'd move a CFL within inches...
Holes to drain bottom of cup?
I feel so sad...
