Help me save my poor four dying babies!

So these are my 4 babies, all under a single CFL each, in coco coir, just started um
on their 1st nutes at a weak strength.
Temp between 60-70 & humidity the same.
any tips on when to water and what strength nutes?
all info and tips appreciated.

Reduce watering and raise the light its too close and stressing the plant and I think also burning one of them. CFLS can get very warm and seedlings that age don't need it.

Ok thanks!, they are around 3.5" above the top leaves.. How far do you think they need raising?
(also i know the pots i'm using are HUGE for this size plant but the root system was attempting
to grow out the bottom of their 1L pots!) so, i've heard it is fine to do with coco & can save the stress or
repotting..

Also this watering was the 1st since planting, i did soak the coco 1st..
