Help Me Plz!!!

I got some prbs wit my plant-1 the TIPS are turning dark green and are thinning on some leafs-some tips are also turning pale yellow and are drying 2-one of the leafs is bending up...also my plant has 6 pairs of leafs but is still very small so how much shud i feed it and how often? yup im such a noob...
