This in an unknown strain of hand watered hydro (i know, i know)

70-78 degrees
looks to me like a nitrogen deficiency but i've no idea really how to fix this. Also, Im not sure thats what it is, im just going by what i've read/seen here. Could it be the chlorine in the tap water? I had read somewhere that chlorine is not a problem, as long as the water comp doesn't use chlorimine which is chlorine and ammonia, I believe. They were only transplanted into the larger rockwools about a week ago. Moved up light a few days ago as it was a lil warm (80). Please, if anyone has any ideas......
