Help me plan my 12/12 from Seed Cab

My cab is 20"deep, 18" wide and 23" tall with a Phresh 4x12 filter. My fan is Soler & Palau td-100, 57 cfm on low, 101 CFM on high. Specs are here. http://www.rewci.com/4-inch-mixed-flow-duct-fan-soler-palau-td100.html

If you were to pick lighting for this 12/12 grow, which lights would you choose?

How well do you guys think this 150w hps would work? http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-HTGSupply-150w-High-Pressure-Sodium-Grow-Light

If that one is not a good idea for a 12/12 or for this size cabinet, then please suggest other lights that you believe would work better and where you would purchase them.

I got a area roughly the same with http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-HTG-Supply-2-Foot-2-Lamp-PL-55-Tek-Lamp. But I am not doing it 12/12 from start. I believe doing it this way reduces final yield, but yet you can finish a plant faster. to me, it doesn't even make sense to do a 12/12 unless you have a shit ton of plants and NEED to put out a product for patients or similitude.
I myself am thinking of getting a 150 Watt HPS with a cool tube and a 1.5' X 2.5' X 3' tent and slap it all in there for scrogging for myself. HPS get fucking hot. over 400F so you'd need a inline fan that is noisy as fuck and I can't have a noisy anything! So i am sticking to a t5 light for now. it's suiting my need's. I'd also go with OVER 2' for a HPS as you'd want some space for the lights and pots.. get some paper and draw out blueprints. 1.5' a plant, 6"-12" for the pot sizes, and whatever size for the lights.... yeah, you are now getting the picture huh?

Hey, hope this helps... if you start 12/12 from seed 2700k (red spectrum) it will take about a month to start flowering which allows plenty of space for growth therefore giving you a similar result (yield) compared to you having a normal grow.
