Help me on my Scrog

So I have decided to do a scrog. But I'm not sure how to make or improvise it. Any ideas on what I can do? Something cheap would be nice. I've seen somebody use a fride metal rack looking thing. But the bars go across not in squares does tht make a diff? And how high from the soil does the scrog have to be? And how do you use a scrog. Do u tuck your plant under it? How? When???
