Help me Id gender from this semi-blurry pic pls

If you have to ask sex here its clearly not ready, i looked very quickly and assume thats a branch growing outa the node not a preflower.

There is no way to sex early, only when the plants ready and then you should have a hundred preflowers not just one weird looking growth.

It gets sunlight in the mornings then I put it under a 50 watt led bulb for about 4 to 5 hours everyday. So it gets like 12 hours of light every day. Around 7 hours of sunlight and 5 under the bulb

No it is not new growth tips. I'd know if those were new branches. But they are not, because they are exactly where preflowers appear

Ignore early signs of sex and wait for confirmation when with patience a ton of flowers or balls will turn up.

I cannot rriterate patience as this plant is unmistakable when it starts to flower :-)
 
My two cents - you need a lot lot lot more light... You'll eventually still get some flowers off that, but with only 50 watts, it's almost not even worth it.
