Here's the best picture I can get of the problem. -- will be attached.
Autoflowering Short Rider= strand

The plant is 3 weeks old as of today within my aerogarden, 24/7 lights, I have enough lights, my ph is regularly checked and is perfectly fine, as of 15 minutes ago. Uh.. Perhaps overwatering is the only thing I can think of, the roots and everything seem to be fine.

The new top leaves that are big have little purple spots and are dipping down a bit, while the bottom big leaves are yellow/browninsh spots etc.

I also have a small fan turning back and forth that doesn't seem to be blowing too hard.. I see no bugs etc, I'm just confused =(

Regarding nutes etc, I had been using none until yesterday when I completely flushed because the way they looked and put new water with 1/2 a tiny aerogarden nutrient tablet - correct ph and whatnot.

Ziellos: I can only tell you what my friends and I do. For the first week I don't feed them fertilizer because they're supposed to have everything they need in their seed. I do pH balance the water in their reservoir, but that's just a habit because we have such crappy local water and most of the bottled water isn't much better. Waiting three weeks to feed them may be pushing it. There are a lot of good nutes on the market. I'd stay away from A/G's nutes and for the last couple of years I've had very good luck with Technaflora's "Recipe for Success." It's user friendly and a sample kit will last you a long time with an Aerogarden.

they arent looking any better, i changed the schedule to 18 - 6 instead of 24/7, refilled tank, gave nutrients, i hope its not because of my fan? its blowing a bit hard back and forth and only moves it a bit. idk

matatan that is nute burn!!! flush now! spray the plant several times a day to help leach out the chemicals. how high a concentration are you giving them? any more than 1/4 strength at that age is too much. whats your ph? what is your ppm?

Ziellos what are the temps in your grow space? temps of the res?

I didnt give them nutes until they looked like that ^.^ I just flushed the res and gave them one small NG tablet *week 3* with perfectly fine around 5.7 ph water.

The res water is room temp and the area of my grow space is probably 70's. I got a fan running in the room constantly, I've thought perhaps it's the fan damaging them, or my lights are too close, or even overwatering with aerogarden since the little pods are being soaked all the time.

I moved the lights back a bit just now since it does look like light damage I think.
