i accidently had my 1000watt light on for a sec i walked out the room after 3-5 came back and turned it off immediatly when i noticed.is there a big chance that my two ladys might turn hermie?

Are your ladies in flower right now? And I'm assuming this little incident happened during dark period. Be a little more specific

They'll be fine. I've left the room lights on while flowering after grabbing shit out of the grow room when its 12 off for hours at a time throughout flowering and it doesn't really affect bud production or plant life quality. Just relax and remember that it's called weed for a reason. It'll grow unless you kill it.
