HELP! Leaves at the top of the plant are shrinking/curling over!

If the leaves are curling downward and shrinking. Most of the times it is cause by either over watering. Are if you are over fertilizing then it will just curl down useally ! Most lightly you are over water or your drainage sucks. Check to see if your drainage drains properly, and only water when the soil is almost completely dry.

ive been having the same problem im thinking its nute burn, i was in a hurry before going out of town one weekend and was a little lazy when i mixed my water up and i think i was a little heavy on the nutes, also little yellow spots have popped up on the leaves
i flushed once what else can i do?

im fairly positive its not spider mites, its nute burn

keep flushing it for the next week, or when you see new leafs thrive looking pale light green. Thats the only thing that you can do for nute overdose.
I suggest you use organic fert. Organic fert wont burn your plant and it have most of the micro nute, such as calcium,zinc,magnisium the most important nute during vegetation stage. Try this fert from terracycle. it is worm poop! I have had great results with it. you can use it right out of the bottle without mixing it. I only use this nute during the first 6 weeks from seed. Then i switch to pure blend pro veg. it is a little stronger. Here is couple of my plants at 13 days old using wormpoop.

ive been using Flora Nova for vegi stage and am on the third week. plant is about 6 inch tall. The leafs on top and the ones before them are curling up from the sides like a taco. first time and fkn up. please help too, also i put flora nova grow on a 2 gallon Res- which was (1 tsp for early growth per gallon). i put 2tsp for 2 gall. 600 ppm each tsp. the light 4 inch from top (like green man said) and fan blowing towards them. only one one or two small yeloow spots on leafs. what can be causing this. please help
