Help! Is this mold on my jiffy pellets?

Please help! Is this mold on my jiffy pellets? This is my 4th batch, and have not had this happen before. They have been under a misted dome, just like previous batches. The temperature may be a bit cooler. Could that cause this? The pics aren't the greatest, but it looks like a big layer of fuzz on the pellets. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

its def mold of some type, i personally cant tell you if its good or bad, but i would start fresh
