Help! IS this bud rot?!

Went today and checked her out and found multiple infected areas such as this..
Just had some intense rain and im thinking thats what may have caused this but it looks like dying bud kindof it looks a bit mildewy aswell does anyone know what the hell this is? please help dont want to get more infection!

looks like bud rot to me bro everybody here in norcal is getting it this seasson cut the infected areas..

After you pick that off, check her for bud worms or holes in the stems where they somtimes hide.

so i went out cut off as most as i could see and there was more than i thought prolly around 4 to 5 infected areas so i cut it out and i hope that will be all of it does it usually keep coming back?
